Recipe description
The cheesesalad is a nice twist to a swedish classic. Perfekt as a regular day lunch!
Instructions
Peel the potatoes. Fill a pot with water. Add salt and cook the potatoes until they are soft.
Cut the cheese, bell peppers and cucumber into small pieces and mix with the corn, mayonnaise, creme fraiche and salt. Place it in the fridge until it is served.
Chop the onions and mix them with the minced meat, egg, milk, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper in a bowl. Stir until the ingredients are well mixed.
Wet your hands in cold water before forming the patties. That way they wont stick as much to your fingers.
Fry the patties on medium heat in the butter until they are well done.
Chop the parsley to garnish with.
