- How do I change my email?
You can change your email address in your account settings. In order to save the change you have to enter your password and in case you have enabled 2FA authentication you will also have to use one of the 2FA methods to save the change.

You can change your password in your account settings. Please always ensure that your password is stored secure and not available to others. Please do not reuse passwords that you are using somewhere else.
- How do i cancel my account?
We would be sad to see you leave but if you have decided to delete your account you can do so in your account settings.
Please note that an account cancellation is final. We can not restore deleted accounts.
- What is Mealafari?
Mealsafari is a meal planning service where you can create, reuse and remix recipes and menus from your own stash or from other users. We have features such as course, daily and week menus with personalized servings, recalculation of shopping lists and PDF downloads.

- Can i print my recipes?
Depending on the browser you use you can try to print recipes and menus through your browsers print feature. If you are subscribing to a paid account tier you can download pre-formatted PDFs of recipes and menus. These PDFs include shopping lists, recipes based on your pre-set servings and for week menus you even get shopping lists per day of the week.
- Do i need to install anything?
In order to use the Mealsafari Platform you need to have a device with an internet browser and a working internet connection. Please note that some features on the Platform require cookies and javascript to be enabled in your browser.
- How do i change the language?
You have a language dropdown in the main menu which you can choose to change the current interface language.
Since all recipes and menus are created by Platform users, these recipes and menus may or may not be translated into multiple languages. In case no translation is available for your selected language, the language used when creating the recipe or menu will be displayed.
- Which languages are supported?
We currently support English, German and Swedish. Further language support may be added in the future.
