Receptbeskrivning
These go great together with some roasted potatoes or just plain rice!
Tillberedning
Cut the top off the peppers and clean them out.
Chop the onions.
Preheat the oven to 180C 350F.
Cook the rice.
Mix the meat, cooked rice, garlic powder, salt, pepper and chopped onions and fry on medium heat in some olive oil in a sauce pan.
Fill the bell peppers with the mix. Grease an oven safe form with some olive oil, put the stuffed peppers in it and bake them for about 30mins.
