So simple, so good. Prepare for a Goulash as delicious as they come..

  1. Cut the beef into bite size pieces. Heat some butter and briefly fry the beef on medium to high heat to give it some colour. Remove the pan from the stove.

  2. Chop the bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic, basil and about half of the mint leaves and add them to the beef.

  3. Mix all spices into the goulash and let simmer for about 20-30mins. Add more butter and some water if needed.

  4. Garnish with the remaining mint and sesame seeds.

  5. Serve with fresh, coarse bread and preferably a rich Merlot or Cabernet Sauvignon.
