Rezeptbeschreibung
Great stew to have as backup when you need something quick. Easy to freeze, easy to reheat.
Zubereitung
Cut the sausages into slices and fry them lightly in a pot with some butter until they get some color.
Chop the onions, carrots and potatoes. Add them to the fried sausage slices. Add the leek, water and spices.
Bring the water to boil and then let simmer for 30mins or until the potatoes and carrots have become soft.
